Issue with Apple Developer Subscription Payment
I’m having a problem with my Apple Developer subscription payment: 1️⃣ My card was successfully charged €99 – I have a confirmation email from the payment system 2️⃣ But my Apple Developer account shows "Order Canceled" – the cart displays this status Additionally, when I log into my account, it prompts me to register again as if the payment didn’t go through. Questions: How can I restore access to Apple Developer? What should I do about the payment—will it be refunded automatically, or do I need to contact support? Could this be a system error, and should I try paying again? Thanks in advance for your help!

WatchOS Xcode 16.4 to sample live RR intervals from the PPG sensor ERROR
Hi, I am getting an error stating "Argument passed to call that takes no arguments". I want this Apple Watch App to measure and store RR Intervals from the PPG sensor on the Apple Watch for Heart Rate Variability calculations. Please help me fix this, I can't figure it out. Here is my code: heartbeatQuery = HKHeartbeatSeriesQuery(predicate: predicate, dataReceivedHandler: { (query, timeSinceLastBeat, ended, error) in // Switch to main thread for UI updates DispatchQueue.main.async { if let error = error { print("Heartbeat query error: (error.localizedDescription)") self.fetchErrorMessage = "Heartbeat query error: (error.localizedDescription)" // Consider stopping the workout session if the query fails critically // self.stopWorkoutSession() return } if ended { print("Heartbeat query indicates series ended.") } // Append valid RR intervals if timeSinceLastBeat > 0 { self.rrIntervals.append(timeSinceLastBeat) self.beatCount += 1 } } // End DispatchQueue.main.async }) // End query data handler // --- END OF PROBLEMATIC INITIALIZER --- // Execute the query if it was created successfully It recommends the fix as removing this part: '(predicate: predicate, dataReceivedHandler: { (query, timeSinceLastBeat, ended, error) in // Switch to main thread for UI updates DispatchQueue.main.async { if let error = error { print("Heartbeat query error: (error.localizedDescription)") self.fetchErrorMessage = "Heartbeat query error: (error.localizedDescription)" // Consider stopping the workout session if the query fails critically // self.stopWorkoutSession() return } if ended { print("Heartbeat query indicates series ended.") } // Append valid RR intervals if timeSinceLastBeat > 0 { self.rrIntervals.append(timeSinceLastBeat) self.beatCount += 1 } } // End DispatchQueue.main.async })' But after I remove that it says "Cannot assign value of type 'HKHeartbeatSeriesQuery.Type' to type 'HKHeartbeatSeriesQuery'" PLEASE HELP ME Thanks

Workbench Ad Tester not returning preview URLs
Apologies if this isn't tagged right but dev tools and services seemed the most appropriate since this is related to the workbench Ad Tester tool. I'm seeing a behavior where the preview link is not being generated. Specifically, I am seeing a POST request to the following URL consistently fail: https://iadworkbench.apple.com/adtester/api/v1/ads/previewLink?orgId=1127861 Variations/scenarios I have tried so far: All possible ad format choices on all possible devices All options for the placement type Both third party and uploaded creative sources Uploaded creative sources appear to be failing to upload as well A simple div with a "hello world" content fails as a third party creative source Multiple apple accounts I created a new account specifically to test if my primary apple ID was experiencing issues with this Multiple browsers I have tried multiple versions of Chrome/Firefox/Safari I tested with and without browser extensions to determine whether an extension was interfering or not Clearing session/local storage along with cookies I also created new profiles in browsers to verify that I was getting a fresh browser environment In all of these cases, the API request to generate a preview link is consistently failing with a 500 error code. It's worth noting that the web preview option works, but this isn't a truly accurate test environment and can't be solely relied on when testing ad content. I don't know exactly when this started happening as I have not used it in the last couple of weeks but I have used the workbench ad tester extensively in the past the same way I have been trying with my current test without issue. That coupled with the fact that the request for the preview link consistently fails in all of the test scenarios I've outlined above leads me to believe there is a problem with the API that is responsible for generating the preview links.

iOS app build error with iOS 18 SDK and Xcode 16
Hi, I am able to build my iOS app successfully, developed in objective-C with iOS 17.5 SDK and Xcode 15. Due to requirement of Appstore we are trying to build with iOS 18 SDK and Xcode 16. When building getting error in LAEnvironmentState.h file: a) "Property requires field to be named" b) "Expected member name or ';' after declaration specifiers" Same app when opening with Xcode 15 gets build without any issue. Any help/suggestion would be appreciated.

Apple developer account - stuck in enrolling for over 2 weeks
I have been trying to enrol for an apple developer program for more than 2 weeks now. The goal is to enrol as a company. We got a DUNS number and everything. 1st attempt: With a new appleid account based on a company address, done through a browser. Payment details submitted, got thank you page, a week later nothing... Apple support suggests doing this on the app. 2nd attempt: WIthdrew application, used a mobile device and logon with the new appleid on the device. Downloaded apple developer app. Logged on the app with the same apple id. App asked me to take pictures of my id card, failed to submit with message "Unable to send information - Your information could not be sent due to a connection error" Googled the above saw 100s of people facing the same issue, apple developer forum is flooded with people that are stuck to either the first or the second scenario. 3rd attempt: Used my existing personal appleid to create an account. Again either stuck on 1st or 2nd scenario 4rd attempt: Created a brand new apple id with a new email address. Again stuck in either the first or second scenario. Dear Apple, why are you making this so complicated? Apple support, can we get some individual support here and not just the canned replies? Enrolment IDs and case numbers available upon request. Many thanks.

Apple developer member ship Renewal
We are facing a challenge with the renewal of our Apple Developer Program. Last year, we renewed it using a UPI ID, but that UPI ID is no longer available. We have added a new UPI ID and want the payment to be deducted from it. However, when we click on ‘Renew the Program,’ it redirects us to the old UPI ID, which we are unable to delete. It also shows that there is a currently active subscription linked to that UPI ID. We are in the 30-day grace period. We contacted the Apple Support team, but they have not provided a solution. Is there anyone who can help with this?”

Latest Xcode build giving multiple system level errors
with the latest Xcode version, i am getting all kinds of errors: few main ones: /Users/akashbhatia/MyApp/ios/Pods/Target Support Files/ReactCodegen/ReactCodegen-prefix.pch:2:9 Could not build module 'UIKit' /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneSimulator.platform/Developer/SDKs/iPhoneSimulator18.4.sdk/System/Library/Frameworks/CFNetwork.framework/Headers/CFNetwork.h:18:10 Could not build module 'CoreFoundation' /Users/akashbhatia/MyApp/ios/Pods/Headers/Public/RCT-Folly/folly/portability/Config.h:20:10 'folly/folly-config.h' file not found I have reinstalled Xcode, removed derived data, installed pod over and over again, but I have realized from the first error here, that it has more to do with Xcode and React Native now. Any help will be appreciated.

Xcode and Supabase Package
Hi All, I'll start by saying i am complete beginner when it comes to coding/ developing. So please be easy on me, im also using AI tools to help and learn so apologies if what im saying doesnt make sense. The error im getting is /Services/SupabaseManager.swift:47:29 Cannot find 'GlobalOptions' in scope From AI tells me 'GlobalOptions' is defined a types.swift file in the supabase package public struct GlobalOptions: Sendable { /// Optional headers for initializing the client, it will be passed down to all sub-clients. public let headers: [String: String] /// A session to use for making requests, defaults to `URLSession.shared`. public let session: URLSession /// The logger to use across all Supabase sub-packages. public let logger: (any SupabaseLogger)? public init( headers: [String: String] = [:], session: URLSession = .shared, logger: (any SupabaseLogger)? = nil ) { self.headers = headers self.session = session self.logger = logger } } From what i can see i have added the supabase package successfully, following this guide - https://developer.apple.com/documentation/xcode/adding-package-dependencies-to-your-app Here are some screenshots of my xcode to show the added package.

Xcode 16 Build & Archive Error - SPM
Since upgrading from Xcode 15 to 16, we have been experiencing a build error during compilation. Building on Xcode 15 still works with no issues. The error happens only on the first build after a clean. Subsequent builds succeed. This is an issue because our CI process archives the project from a clean slate, and this causes it to fail every time. I will attempt to describe the issue and include information I believe is relevant in this document. The error occurs on this import line within an Objective-C file during the Scan Dependencies step of compiling. This line imports our custom Objective-C to Swift bridging header file - "Swift2Objc.h". Our custom Objective-C to Swift bridging header file is simply wrapping the project’s auto-generated Objective-C to Swift bridging header file - "KWISwift.h". The error is specific to the import of the OfflineServices Swift Package. Specifically, the OfflineServices-Swift.h file - the Swift Package’s auto-generated Objective-C to Swift bridging file. Module JRE not found - the exact error (Also included as text on the bottom of the post) JRE is a third-party library provided to us as an xcframework. It is placed directly into our Swift Package as a binary target. The xcframework itself is composed of .a file and a Headers folder which includes header files and a module.modulemap. The module.modulemap file looks like this.

Enrollment Delay After Completing the Purchase
I recently purchased an Apple Developer Account on March 01, 2025. Upon completing the purchase, I received a confirmation message stating that my account would be activated within 48 hours. However, it has now been more than ten days, and my account still remains inactive. I didn't recieve any further email regarding apple developer account enrollment. Two days ago, I sent email and discuss my issue but still there is no response from apple team what should I do?

Upload Symbols Failed
Hi there - when attempting to upload the latest build of my macOS app to App Store Connect via Xcode's Organizer I'm now greeted with this warning. I don't even know what it's attempting to tell me.. Yes, I understand what dSYMs are for - but the UUIDs don't appear anywhere in my workspace (full text search on the folder), in the build log, or the ..thing.. the 'Export' button generates. Any help much appreciated, ATM I don't even know where to start. Cheers, Jay

UI Testing Issues
Hi everyone, I've been working on an iOS app for about a year and a half. That application comes with unit and UI automated testings. Recently I started the development of the tvOS application so I added a new target and used the same bundle id as I want to eventually share purchases. What I need I'm working on an application that uses VLC (Need to play media more exotic than MP4) through these two pods pod 'MobileVLCKit', '3.6.0' (Only for iOS) pod 'TVVLCKit', '3.6.0' (Only for tvOS) What works Compilation works fine for both targets Unit tests work fine for both targets UI tests work fine ONLY for the original iOS target What doesn't work and how it fails When I launch the UI tests for the tvOS target, the compilation succeeds, but I get an error when calling app.launch() from my XCTestCase. Failed to get launch progress for <XCUIApplicationImpl: 0x600000c61e90 abergia.com.iptv at ...AppPath...>: App installation failed: Unable to Install “...AppName...”. This app is not made for this device. This app was not built to support this device family; app is compatible with ( 1, 2 ) but this device supports ( 3 ). (Underlying Error: Unable to Install “...AppName...”. This app is not made for this device. This app was not built to support this device family; app is compatible with ( 1, 2 ) but this device supports ( 3 ). What I tried Single target - Both Pods It looks like I can 'cheat' a little the system and make the Xcode target compatible with both iOS and tvO, but when declaring both pods inside the same CocoaPod target, the installation fails as one of the library is not compatible. Use a newer version of VLC (4.0.0) Works BUT that version is way too unstable, I will eventually use it again once they fix all the issues. Different Bundle ID Changing the bundle id of the tvOS application resolves the issue BUT I really want to use the same bundle id to share the purchases. Not UI testing the tvOS version It's an option I'm starting to contemplate out of frustration but I'm sure that we have people here who can help me!

Rare EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGBUS) KERN_PROTECTION_FAILURE crash when running function?
The following function could run several hundred times with no problem but will occasionally cause a EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGBUS). The last time it was a KERN_PROTECTION_FAILURE perhaps meaning it is trying to write to a read only memory but previously it was KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS. I have tried debugging tools to no avail. Can anyone see any reason why the following function could be causing this. Just in case the function is a red herring the only other thing that was running is a AVQueuePlayer that contains 11 tracks, but the crash happens mid song making it unlikely. The function includes running other functions so below is all related functions that happen as a result of a swipe gesture. func completeLeft() { let add1 = Int(tiles[Square - (squares2move + 2)].name ?? "0") ?? 0 let add2 = Int(currentNode.name ?? "0") ?? 0 let add = add1 + add2 if add.isMultiple(of: 9) == false { if squares2move == 0 { self.moveinprogress = 0 return } moveLeft1() } if add.isMultiple(of: 9) { squares2move += 1 moveLeft2() } func moveLeft1() { var duration = TimeInterval(0.1) duration = Double(squares2move) * duration self.soundEffect = "swipe" self.playEffects(Volume: self.effectsVolume) let move = SKAction.move(to: positions[Square - (squares2move + 1)], duration: duration) currentNode.run(move, completion: { self.tiles[Square - (squares2move + 1)].name = self.currentNode.name self.tiles[Square - 1].name = "" self.currentNode.position = self.positions[Square - (squares2move + 1)] self.newNumber() }) } func moveLeft2() { var duration = TimeInterval(0.1) duration = Double(squares2move) * duration self.soundEffect = "swipe" self.playEffects(Volume: self.effectsVolume) let move = SKAction.move(to: positions[Square - (squares2move + 1)], duration: duration) currentNode.zPosition = currentNode.zPosition - 1 currentNode.run(move, completion: { self.currentNode.position = self.positions[Square - (squares2move + 1)] self.tiles[Square - 1].name = "" self.currentNode.name = "\(add)" self.tiles[Square - (squares2move + 1)].name = "\(add)" if add > self.score { self.score = add } if add > self.currentgoal { self.levelComplete()} else { self.playEffects2(soundEffect: "Tink", Volume: self.effectsVolume, Type: "caf")} if self.currentNode.childNode(withName: "Label") == nil { self.currentNode.texture = SKTexture(imageNamed: "0.png") let Label = SKLabelNode(fontNamed: "CHALKBOARDSE-BOLD") Label.text = "\(add)" Label.name = "Label" let numberofdigits = Label.text!.count if numberofdigits == 1 { Label.fontSize = 45 * self.hR} if numberofdigits == 2 { Label.fontSize = 40 * self.hR} if numberofdigits == 3 { Label.fontSize = 32 * self.hR} if numberofdigits == 4 { Label.fontSize = 25 * self.hR} Label.horizontalAlignmentMode = .center Label.verticalAlignmentMode = .center Label.fontColor = .systemBlue Label.zPosition = 2 self.currentNode.addChild(Label) self.currentNode.zPosition = self.currentNode.zPosition + 1 var nodes = self.nodes(at: self.positions[Square - (squares2move + 1)]) nodes = nodes.filter { $0.name != "Tile" } nodes = nodes.filter { $0 != self.currentNode } nodes = nodes.filter { $0 != self.currentNode.childNode(withName: "Label") } for v in nodes { v.removeFromParent()} } else { let Lbl = self.currentNode.childNode(withName: "Label") as? Build Libraries For Distribution flag usage
I want to build an ios .xcframework (for external delivery) and .framework(for internal debugging) in order to package some code to a customer for incorporation into their app. My framework has a dependency upon RealmSwift, which I've added using SPM. There is a warning saying Module RealmSwift was not compiled with library evolution support. And when building SwiftVerifyEmittedModuleInterface fails with an error saying "missing required modules: 'Realm.Private', 'Realm', 'Realm.Swift'" By default, Build Libraries For Distribution was set to YES, however if I turn it off then the warning and error go away and I can cleanly build the framework. I've been attempting to get a good understanding of this flag and if it should be used or not, most material says yes but doesn't go a good job of explaining why. However anyway I can't get the framework to build with RealmSwift as a dependency without turning off this flag. Therefore is that ok to proceed down that route? Does the fact the xcframework will only ever be distributed to one consumer affect decisions (i.e. binary compatibility etc.) Thanks

In-App Purchase Popup Dialog Not Appearing
Hi - I've added in-app purchases (Quarterly and Yearly ) to my app and submitted it for TestFlight. The app is available, but in my Developer account, the in-app purchases section still shows the products as 'Waiting for Review.' When I test the app for in-app purchase, the dialog does not appear. Is this issue of "Approval" of the in-app purchase product? If YES, how can I get approval for these in-app purchase products? FYI: I have attached a screenshot of the in-app purchase products. Please suggest Thanks, Sushil
