I purchased the Apple Developer Program as an individual on March 1, 2026. My card was successfully charged C$119 + C$15 tax. Order number: W158933275.
It has now been 4+ days (well past the stated 48-hour processing time) and my account at developer.apple.com/account still shows "Purchase your membership." I have not received any activation email or follow-up.
I opened support case 102835143414 but have not received a response yet.
Could an Apple team member please look into my account and help activate my membership? This is blocking my app development. Thank you.

I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I keep encountering this error message: "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time."
Initially, I tried using a newly created Apple ID, and when that didn’t work, I attempted it with my older Apple ID. Unfortunately, I received the same error both times.

I'm trying to enroll a UK-registered limited company in the Apple Developer Program. I am the sole director and authorized signatory of the company, but I am not a UK national and do not hold a UK-issued passport or driving licence.
Apple support keeps asking for a "government-issued ID from the United Kingdom" and won't accept my valid passport from another country, even though UK company law fully permits non-UK nationals to be sole directors of UK-registered companies.
My enrollment ID was withdrawn and I was told to "designate a UK team member" — but I have no UK employees. I am a solo founder.
I have offered to provide my passport, Certificate of Incorporation from Companies House, proof of directorship, and notarized copies of anything needed. Support keeps repeating the same response without offering any alternative path.

Has anyone solved this situation? Is there an official alternative verification path for non-UK directors of UK-registered organizations? Any help or escalation pointer appreciated.

Hello,
Our Apple Developer Program membership is active and renewed until 2027, and the updated terms and conditions were accepted a few days ago by the account holder. However, in App Store Connect we are still seeing the following messages:
"Your Apple Developer Program subscription has expired. Your apps won't be available on the App Store until you renew it. To renew the subscription, the account holder must go to the Membership section of their account on the Apple Developer website."
"The Apple Developer Program license agreement has been updated and needs to be reviewed. To update your apps and submit new apps, the account holder must log in to their account, review the updated agreement, and accept it."
Both actions appear to have already been completed, but the warnings are still displayed in App Store Connect.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Is there any known delay for the system to reflect the updated membership status, or any additional step that we might be missing?

I have opened a developer account couple of month ago, and enrolled successfully. Did the app store connect and put the app for testing. The company decided to change legal entity, and thus, I had to create a new developer account.
So, I have enrolled to a new developer account. My enrollment is pending for almost 3 weeks, while I do not understand what is the status. I have tried sending emails to support and also calling support, but no success.
What can I do?

I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program but I'm running into an ID verification issue. I'm in Canada and my ids are Canadian but I think my apple account still thinks my region is France (I changed back to Canada a few months ago and it shows Canada in Settings) since I had set it to France for when I was there. Also my phone number is still French.
On Mac: my Canadian passport and Canadian driver's license are rejected as not valid for my region.
On iPhone: the app just tells me to contact support.
I've already reached out to Apple Developer Support but I have had no response for a few days.
Is there a fix for this?
I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the developer app.

Hello,
I am writing to ask whether this delay is normal or if anyone has experienced a similar situation.
I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and completed the annual payment on February 4, 2026.
On February 10, I received an email requesting identity verification. I uploaded the front side of my ID on February 11 through the official verification link.
Since then, I have not received any confirmation or status update.
On February 15, I contacted Developer Support through the website. The support page indicates that responses are usually provided within two days. However, I have not received any reply yet.
I also chose the call option and was advised to wait a few more days. On February 20, I followed up again under the same case.
As of today (February 25), my enrollment is still pending and I have not received any update.
Has anyone recently experienced a similar delay in identity verification?
Is this timeframe considered normal?

Im having trouble paying for my new developer account and it seems its been an ongoing issue for new enrollments. Has anyone else had this issue? If so how did you manage to resolve it?
I keep getting "Your payment authorisation failed on card. Please verify your information and try again, or try another payment method." I tried different cards, called my bank, tried on safari, tried on the app and been back and forth with support for a couple of weeks no with no solution.
Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

I am writing this post because the Apple Developer Program enrollment process is clearly malfunctioning, and I have reached a point where this situation is unacceptable.
First payment
I initially purchased the Apple Developer Program on December 3rd, 2025 at 16:03 (Turkey time).
The payment was fully completed, confirmed by my bank, and I received the official Apple Store receipt.

• Amount: 1029 TRY
• Status: Completed / Posted
Despite this, my account continued to show:
• “Purchase your membership”
• Enrollment status: Pending
• No access to App Store Connect
After several days with no response from Apple Support and no activation, I assumed something had gone wrong on Apple’s side.
Second payment
Because I was completely blocked and received no reply from support or the forums, I made a second payment to rule out any payment failure.
• Order ID: W1694587309
• Amount: 1029 TRY
• Status: Completed / Posted
Current situation
At this point:
• Two separate payments
• Two unique Apple Store order IDs
• Zero activation
• Zero response from Apple Support
• Enrollment still Pending
• App Store Connect still inaccessible

This is no longer a delay — this is a system-level failure.
I have paid twice for a single Developer Program membership and received nothing in return: no activation, no explanation, and no support.

1. Immediately activate my Apple Developer Program membership
2. Investigate and resolve the duplicate payment (refund or clarification)
3. Explain why a paid enrollment can remain blocked with no support response
If this forum is monitored by Apple employees, this issue requires urgent escalation.
This situation should not happen in a paid developer program.

Hello,
We have been trying to contact the Apple Developer Support for some time now regarding a couple of issues. For a couple of months now we are seeing that we are getting an error when we visit https://developer.apple.com/contact and the topics aren't loaded at all. After seeing the network traffic in the developer tools I see that we get a "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)" when making a request to the services/userProfile/ endpoint. The weird part is that the response contains our userProfile just fine. The only thing that I see in the payload that could be an issue is the resultCode that is 0. Has anyone encountered this before or has any idea on what we can do? I don't see an alternative way to contact Apple in order to resolve this issue.

Hello everyone,
I am trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an Organization. However, when I click the "Continue" button, I receive the following error message:

I have already filled in all the required fields in the form, including company name, address, and website. I have double-checked everything, but the error still appears.
Has anyone experienced this issue before?
What could be causing this, and how can I fix it?

I have paid for the enrollment membership program 7 days ago.
Yet I always see the message saying "Complete your purchase to continue the enrollment".
Do I have to wait more ? Should I try paying a second time ?
Will the end of my membership be extended by that waiting period ?
Despite two support requests, I am still left waiting without knowing if I have to do something or not.
I feel like this is really unprofessional from a multi-billion dollars company...

Navigating to the Contact Us website (https://developer.apple.com/contact/) results in an "Error:" showing at the top of the page. I cannot select options for starting a new issue or accessing recent ones - and sometimes nothing shows up on the page at all (attached screenshot).
I've been trying to get in to request an expedited review since Thursday afternoon.
I checked the System Status page and there are no reported issues.
I am using Microsoft Edge and also logged in via Safari - still wasn't able to access the Contact Us issues.
