Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this:
According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team.
There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says:
If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program.
So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this:
Log on to Developer > Account.
Select the correct team at the top right.
Scroll down to the “Membership details” section.
Look at the “Enrolled as” field.
If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below.
If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership.
If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us.
Share and Enjoy

I currently have my own individual App Store Connect and Apple Developer distributor account registered with the email address m*******@*mail.com.
For one of my clients, we also created a separate individual App Store Connect and Apple Developer account. I added my account as an Admin to the client’s account. On the App Store Connect side, I can perform all operations without any issues, such as managing the app, handling TestFlight, and submitting new versions.
However, when I access the Apple Developer portal, I cannot see or manage the accounts I am responsible for. For example, I cannot view information such as the Team ID, certificates, provisioning profiles, or other developer settings.
To work around this issue, I created a new Apple Developer membership using a different email address. However, when I logged in with that account, I was still unable to view the Team ID or other developer-related settings.
My question is:
Has the system always worked this way, where App Store Connect and Apple Developer access are managed separately?
Or could this be an unnoticed authorization or configuration issue?
I would appreciate your clarification on this matter.

Hi everyone,
My app has been stuck on "In Review" for about 3 days now. Before that, it also spent around 3 days in "Waiting for Review," so the total time has been close to 6 days.
From what I’ve seen in the past, it usually takes 2–3 days to move from "Waiting for Review" to "In Review," and then only a few hours to get a decision once the review actually starts.
However, this time it seems different. Based on my server/Firebase logs, it doesn’t look like the reviewer has opened the app yet or created a test account, so it seems like the review may not have actually started.
This is my first app submission, so I’m not sure if that might affect the timeline. Has anyone experienced something similar recently? Is this normal, or is there something I should do (for example, contacting App Review or requesting an expedited review)?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Dear Apple,
Due to the fact that you have not responded to my numerous emails, have not given me access to my Apple developer subscription, have not contacted me in any way, and have charged me twice, I am initiating a refund procedure through my bank. Please respond urgently so that I understand what you plan to do next. Will I have access to the subscription I paid for? Or will I receive a refund? I won't even mention the fact that my deadlines have already passed because of you. $200 down the drain, and I'm a student, so that's a lot of money for me.
I signed up for the Developer Account Program, but I keep getting a message that my registration is under review. Obviously, I haven't paid yet because I couldn't find a link to pay the $99 when I signed up. I've sent two emails for support, but I haven't received a response. Has anyone else had the same problem? Thanks.

In-App Purchase
I want to publish an app, but my developer account is under Bashir Sons Group. When I visit developer.apple.com/account and go to Enroll, it shows my personal name instead of the company name, and I get this error:
'Your
enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.'
Hello,
I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an individual through the developer.apple.com website.
The payment was successfully charged from my credit card and I also received the official Apple invoice. However, my membership status is still showing as "Pending" in my developer account and I cannot access App Store Connect.
It has now been more than 7 days since the purchase.
Order Number: W1568033429
I also contacted Apple Developer Support but have not received any response yet.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue or delay? Is there anything else I should do to resolve this?
Thank you.

Hi,
All my notarization submissions have been stuck "In Progress" for 20+ hours with no resolution. No log is available for any of them.
Environment:
macOS 14.6.1 (Sonoma), Apple Silicon M2
xcrun notarytool submit
Team ID: 68F9X2PLS8
Brand new Developer ID account (enrolled yesterday)
Stuck submissions (latest 4):
d624XXXX
cb2eXXXX
b1a8XXXX
8145XXXX
What I've tried:
Verified Developer ID Application certificate is valid
System Status page shows green
Stored credentials via keychain profile
Contacted Apple Support (case 102840333931)
Is this the "in-depth analysis" path for new accounts? Any ETA or workaround?
Thank you.
Hello everyone,
I’m posting here to see if someone from the Apple team or the community could help or provide guidance regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment.
My name is Bruno, and I represent 2B Digital LLC. I submitted my enrollment on February 15, under Application ID: 946JTL58KD, with the intention of developing and distributing iOS applications.
Since then, my application has remained under review, and unfortunately I have not received any response so far. I also opened a support ticket but have not received any reply there either.
At this point, I would really appreciate any update regarding the status of my enrollment or guidance on what steps I should take next.
Thank you in advance for any help.

I started the process of migrating my developer account from Individual to Organisation back in December. I've signed all the required agreements and provided everything that was asked of me. The account is now stuck mid-migration and I can't do anything with it in the meantime.
On 20th February I was told my request had been escalated to a senior advisor. That was three weeks ago. I've heard nothing since.
I'm paying for a developer membership that I currently can't use. I can't ship, I can't manage my account, I can't do anything, I'm just waiting on a process that seems to have stalled completely with no visibility on when or if it'll move.
I'm not posting here to vent. I'm posting because I don't know what else to do. The escalation path I was given has gone quiet, and there's no way for me to chase it or get a status update.
Is there anyone at Apple who can look into this, or at least confirm the request is still active? A case number, a timeline, anything. I just need to know it hasn't fallen through the cracks.

Hello,
I recently paid for the Apple Developer Program membership, but I am still being prompted to complete payment as if my subscription has not been processed.
I have already been charged, and the payment appears to have gone through on my end. However, my account still shows an unpaid or inactive status, and I continue to receive payment prompts.
Could you please investigate this issue and confirm that my membership is active? If there is a duplicate charge or a processing error, I would appreciate your assistance in resolving it.
Thank you for your help.

A friend of mine said he applied for enrollment for an Organization.
But during the process he did not type the code received for verifying the email.
On the next day trying for enrollment there was a message of max tries.
Plus he received an email with the title

How can he verify the agreement started or what can he do?
He wants to know if it was succesful and he must wait or...
Hello,
My Apple Developer Program enrollment has been pending for almost one month.
I have already contacted Apple Developer Support via email and also called support, but unfortunately I have not received any response or update so far. On the support page it says responses usually come within 2 days or less, but it has been much longer in my case.
Could someone from Apple please help check the status of my enrollment or advise what I should do next?
Thank you.

Hello everyone, I wanted to know if any of you are experiencing difficulties creating an Apple Developer account and accessing the Apple Store. As for me, I still can’t manage to complete my registration; it always shows the same message: “Your enrollment could not be completed at this time.” Of course, I am over 18 and I have fully completed my Apple ID profile. It has already been a week.
can anyone advise ? TIA
