Hello, I am experiencing a critical issue with my Apple Developer Program account. I successfully enrolled months ago, and my subscription is active as per my account details. However, I am now unable to access my developer membership features, and when I sign into my account it redirects me to the enrollment page as if I had never enrolled. Key details of the issue: Active subscription: My Apple Developer Program membership is active and set to renew on 17 October 2025. The subscription page confirms this, and the payment was successfully processed. REVOKED CERTIFICATES: Certificates I created weeks ago have been revoked without any explanation or notification. No email notifications: I have not received any communication from Apple regarding issues with my account or certificates. Attempts to Resolve: Cleared cookies and cache. Tried logging in on multiple devices and browsers. Signed out of all devices and logged back in. Could someone please assist me in understanding why my account is behaving this way? After my account was converted to an organizational account, I tried to submit a new W-9, but I get an error: "The Type of Beneficial Owner does not match the individual or company status you previously provided." I had selected "Individual/Sole proprietor", based on my understanding that this is what should be selected on the W-9 for a single-member LLC. My initial guess as to what's causing the error, is my single-member LLC may have been miscategorized in the migration to an organization account so the intended option doesn't work. As per the official W-9 instructions, a single-member LLC should be categorized as an "Individual/sole proprietor or single-member LLC" on the form for tax purposes, but when I select "Individual/Sole Proprietor" on the "Type of Beneficiary Owner" dropdown on the App Store Connect front-end form for the W-9, which I assume corresponds with the aforementioned option on the true W-9 form that includes "single-member LLC", I get the aforementioned error. I was alternatively informed by Developer Support that the above error may be occurring because I haven't signed the latest Apple Program License Agreement, which I haven't been able to access, which they claimed is because I hadn't provided banking information for my account. So I added my business bank account but a week later the top of the Business section still says "Your banking updates are processing, and you should see the changes in 24 hours. You won't be able to make any additional updates until then." I contacted Apple Developer Support about all of the above and am still waiting for a response. While I wait, I'd like to ask here whether anyone has any ideas as to why the W-9 error is occuring or how long banking changes actually take to process, in case either of these is something I can resolve in the meantime.

I've got a weird issue where Passkey fails, but only on developer.apple.com. Here's how it manifests: On portal, select "Sign In With Passkey" Get prompted with TouchId (on my MacBook) Portal says "can't verify your account" However: Sign in with Password works fine Sign in with Passkey on any other website works fine Not sure if it's related, but this appears to have happened around the time I had my logic board replaced. I did have weird issues with my iCloud account where I had to sign out of all devices, then sign back in. I assume this has to do with the hardware having the same serial number, but somehow appeared like a different computer in other ways. Things I've tried: In Passwords app, searching for "apple.com", I only see passwords, no passkeys. However, Safari password auto-fill always suggests the passkey entry first. developer.apple.com does not appear to have any way of managing sign-in credentials accounts.apple.com does not appear to be any way to manage passkeys. Sign in with Passkey on iPhone also results in "can't verify your account". Called AppleCare support, they were unable to help. Since Passkeys work for other websites, they believe this is a problem specifically with developer.apple.com. They suggested calling Developer support. Called Developer support, they were unable to help. They said AppleCare Support is best suited. Filled out Feedback (FB18185623) System: macOS 15.6 Safari 18.6 Has anyone else encountered anything weird like this? Is there any way to fix this? It would be nice if I could just delete the old passkey and create a new one. But I can't find any tool that will let me do that.

I enrolled for the Apple Developer Program on 19 June 2025 for my company. I was then requested to upload the necessary supporting documentation to proceed with the approval process which was done on the same day (19 June) with the case ID 102634582811. I have followed up with Apple nearly weekly since then and still have no concrete feedback or resolution to the status of my enrollment and what remediation is required if any. I have done some research and approval for the Developer Program takes 3 weeks at most from what I have heard and read. Its been over two months and I feel as though the responses I am receiving are automated without any human intervention or review into my case. This has been a frustrating process which is drastically impacting business productivity as our ability to have access to the developer portal mean we cannot build and distribute our app to users. Hi everyone, I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I keep getting stuck in a frustrating loop. After logging in, I’m asked to agree to the Apple Developer Agreement. I accept the terms, but then it redirects me to an error page that says: “You’ve already agreed to the Apple Developer Agreement. Continue to your account or sign out.” When I click “Continue to your account,” it just brings me back to the same agreement page—and the cycle repeats endlessly. To make things worse, I can’t contact Apple Developer Support because I apparently need an active account to do so, which puts me right back into the same loop. I’ve also tried enrolling from different Apple devices, but I keep receiving this error: internal exception occurred ErrorCode: 991991 ErrorMessage: The request cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a known fix or workaround? hi I logged in with the ADM user on the platform, and I'm trying to add a new user with a DEV profile. When I go through the step of verifying the connection code, an error simply appears: "It is not possible to create your account at this time." I've already changed my browser, I've already changed my phone, but the same error persists.

I purchased an Apple Developer Account on Saturday. It is now Wednesday and my account has still not been activated. I filed a help ticket but it has not been responded to yet.

The Account Holder is no longer able to log into apple (regardless of web-based or device based attempts). The membership will expire soon without access to the account holder. Both workflows "iforgot.apple.com" and "iforgot.apple.com/unlock" did not lead to an answer email within several days. I tried several times. So we are almost out of store without any option. Hotline did not show other options. Any ideas?

I have received an invitation to a development team in the Apple Developer Program. Having filled the form out and completing the image challenge successfully, tapping on continue simply results in the button graying itself out. How long does the new Apple Developer Program License Agreement take to take effect once you accept it?

I’ve contacted support two or three times already and no response. I made the payment to create my Apple Developer account on the 26th and also received the invoice that same day, but the status still shows as pending. This is quite urgent, so I’m not sure what you can do on your side to help.

So I started an LLC and will be getting into app development on apple, but I am still waiting on my DUNS number. If I sign up for a personal account now, am I later able to switch over to an organization account easily using the same account? Or should I wait until I receive my DUNS number?
