Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this:
According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team.
There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says:
If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program.
So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this:
Log on to Developer > Account.
Select the correct team at the top right.
Scroll down to the “Membership details” section.
Look at the “Enrolled as” field.
If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below.
If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership.
If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us.
Share and Enjoy

Hi,
All my notarization submissions have been stuck "In Progress" for 20+ hours with no resolution. No log is available for any of them.
Environment:
macOS 14.6.1 (Sonoma), Apple Silicon M2
xcrun notarytool submit
Team ID: 68F9X2PLS8
Brand new Developer ID account (enrolled yesterday)
Stuck submissions (latest 4):
d624XXXX
cb2eXXXX
b1a8XXXX
8145XXXX
What I've tried:
Verified Developer ID Application certificate is valid
System Status page shows green
Stored credentials via keychain profile
Contacted Apple Support (case 102840333931)
Is this the "in-depth analysis" path for new accounts? Any ETA or workaround?
Thank you.
Hello everyone,
I’m posting here to see if someone from the Apple team or the community could help or provide guidance regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment.
My name is Bruno, and I represent 2B Digital LLC. I submitted my enrollment on February 15, under Application ID: 946JTL58KD, with the intention of developing and distributing iOS applications.
Since then, my application has remained under review, and unfortunately I have not received any response so far. I also opened a support ticket but have not received any reply there either.
At this point, I would really appreciate any update regarding the status of my enrollment or guidance on what steps I should take next.
Thank you in advance for any help.

I started the process of migrating my developer account from Individual to Organisation back in December. I've signed all the required agreements and provided everything that was asked of me. The account is now stuck mid-migration and I can't do anything with it in the meantime.
On 20th February I was told my request had been escalated to a senior advisor. That was three weeks ago. I've heard nothing since.
I'm paying for a developer membership that I currently can't use. I can't ship, I can't manage my account, I can't do anything, I'm just waiting on a process that seems to have stalled completely with no visibility on when or if it'll move.
I'm not posting here to vent. I'm posting because I don't know what else to do. The escalation path I was given has gone quiet, and there's no way for me to chase it or get a status update.
Is there anyone at Apple who can look into this, or at least confirm the request is still active? A case number, a timeline, anything. I just need to know it hasn't fallen through the cracks.

Hello,
I recently paid for the Apple Developer Program membership, but I am still being prompted to complete payment as if my subscription has not been processed.
I have already been charged, and the payment appears to have gone through on my end. However, my account still shows an unpaid or inactive status, and I continue to receive payment prompts.
Could you please investigate this issue and confirm that my membership is active? If there is a duplicate charge or a processing error, I would appreciate your assistance in resolving it.
Thank you for your help.

A friend of mine said he applied for enrollment for an Organization.
But during the process he did not type the code received for verifying the email.
On the next day trying for enrollment there was a message of max tries.
Plus he received an email with the title

How can he verify the agreement started or what can he do?
He wants to know if it was succesful and he must wait or...
Hello,
My Apple Developer Program enrollment has been pending for almost one month.
I have already contacted Apple Developer Support via email and also called support, but unfortunately I have not received any response or update so far. On the support page it says responses usually come within 2 days or less, but it has been much longer in my case.
Could someone from Apple please help check the status of my enrollment or advise what I should do next?
Thank you.

Hello everyone, I wanted to know if any of you are experiencing difficulties creating an Apple Developer account and accessing the Apple Store. As for me, I still can’t manage to complete my registration; it always shows the same message: “Your enrollment could not be completed at this time.” Of course, I am over 18 and I have fully completed my Apple ID profile. It has already been a week.
can anyone advise ? TIA

I’ve been waiting for over a month after payment for Apple to activate my Developer account. I’ve sent countless emails and spoke to the Support on the phone and no one is able to assist me. I’m shocked how this has been dealt with.

Hi,
I've been trying to get a call back from apple on a couple of issues but I'm unable to do so.
The "Call" button in the contact us form keeps appearing and disappearing at random times. Since I'm in India, I believe the Singaporean team handles the developer support queries. The operating hours mentioned on apple's website are 09:00–17:00 SGT but the "call" button's appearance and disappearance is NOT at all according to this.
Now when I was finally able to login into apple developer support at the right time (when call button was visible), and entered my details to get a call back from them. It says "We're calling you shortly" but I receive no call at all. It's been two hours since that.
Previously, when i requested a call back for other issues, I got the call immediately. Now it's been so long and there's still no call. And the thing is, I'm also unable to request a call back again for the same issue until some time passes. I think there's some sort of cooldown.
The phone/call button disappears again and I'm only left with the email option. Which I NEVER got a reply from unless it's after a call back.
There's also no way to call developer support directly. I tried calling back on the number i previously received the call from, but it gets connected to normal support and they say they cannot transfer or connect the call with the developer support team. I don't know what to do. I urge apple to kindly look into this issue and kindly fix it as soon as possible.

Hi team, I am having an issue with paying for my apple developer enrolment program.
Error message is:
Your payment authorisation failed on card XXXX. Please verify your information and try again, or try another payment method.
Things I have tried and has not worked:
Multiple company visa card
Multiple personal visa card
Ensuring billing address matches my visa cards
Turn off VPN
Try my personal IOS device
My company and personal cards should work because I have paid for other products and apple products with it.
I do not think this is an isolated incident and that Apple should look into this immediately to prevent blocking developer enrolment.

Hi, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program approximately 2 weeks ago and my enrollment is still pending. I have not been charged the annual fee and I submitted a support ticket which has received no response.
I'm a solo developer based in South Africa looking to publish my first iOS app. Is there anything I can do to move this along, or is this wait time normal? My support ticket has gone unanswered and I can't find a direct contact number to resolve this.
Any help appreciated.
