Hello all, We are in the process of deploying EAP-TLS Wi-Fi authentication across our corporate environment for both Windows and macOS devices. All endpoints are managed via Workspace ONE. As part of our macOS configuration, we are pushing device certificates to the login keychain of managed MacBooks. For testing purposes, we have explicitly set the Access Control List (ACL) of the associated private key to allow all applications access. This includes: eapolclient, which handles the EAP-TLS handshake for Wi-Fi panGPS, which is responsible for establishing the GlobalProtect VPN connection (we are using certificate-based authentication with pre-logon enabled) Additionally, we have configured and deployed a Wi-Fi profile via Workspace ONE to prevent users from having to manually select their device certificate - basically the identity preference card in Keychain Access. Despite these settings, we are still encountering Keychain Access prompts when eapolclient attempts to access the private key. This happens even though the key is configured to allow all applications access. This behavior is unexpected, and we’re trying to understand why these prompts persist. Has anyone encountered similar behavior on macOS, or is there something we're missing in terms of permissions or keychain configuration that could be causing this? I'm trying to make my own MDM server and I'm having trouble allowing nginx to proxy the connection. The web app I'm making can accept http requests so I require nginx. I'm using a certificate from letsencrypt. Every time I try to enroll a phone it instantly rejects at nginx. I have tried multiple cipher options in nginx. I found the following link and my cert supports all except the DHE ones but they say you only need 1. i have a specific requirement as below. i have apartments in which i have 4 units and each unit will be of same layout. furniture etc.. might change but not walls and layout as far as i know. Step1: Now i will enter into one unit, scan the entire unit and save it using RoomPlan Api and at the end of the scan i will be saving the worldmap as well. Step2: i want to use the previously saved worldmap and enter into another unit and want to relocalize with only walls because the furniture might be different. is that possible. if not is there any otherway to achieve this functionality? i really appreciate you valuable time. Hello Devs, I wanted to bring this up to display the frustration that I have obtaining the CarPlay entitlements. First and foremost they don't give you a set timeline and there is no contact number to speak to someone about this. When you call developer support they go on and say it is a different department. There is an email but all I have received is an automated response back to me. Has anyone received the navigation entitlements and if so what was the timeline of you receiving it?

Please make sure this feature gets placed back. Parents need a way to provide the ability for kids to watch and not watch at their discretion. The new system doesn’t allow this to happen. Are there any workarounds?

Based a quick research, comfort and fit, noise cancellation issues and durability seems to be the most consistent issues with pilot headsets. I wouldn’t say there is a problem here, because you can easily throw out the faulty headset and spend another $1000 on a new one. However, what if apple can profit by introducing their version of pilot headsets? Besides, most airlines use Apple iPads for Navigation, crew scheduling etc. Make it a one stop shop. Apple already has the framework for music headsets, why not use it as a base for pilot headsets? Disrupt an already stagnant market and give pilots a great alternative. Tap into the interests of a new generation of pilots again most which already uses Apple products. Come up with a new fresh look of ‘pilot comms.’ A good idea is to pitch to the GA (general aviation) industry maybe include Apple headsets with the purchase of a new aircraft.

Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to edit the bootps.plist which is in the system / library directory. I have an M4 MacBook running OS 15.3.2 and I've held down the power button to go into recovery mode, and in terminal entered the 'csrutil disable' command and have restarted but when I go back to 'get info - Sharing & Permissions' I can't change any of the permissions. I need to be able to edit this file to create DHCP server. How can I change edit permissions on the bootps.plist?

So recently, last week, ive updated to the Dev Beta of ios 26. This began the very issue of my cellular data. I woke up to a warning symbol where my cellular bars should be, telling me there was something wrong with my antenna or carrier when in reality there was no problem with any of those problems and took up about 53% of my storage. Hi Everyone, I’m currently working on a flow where a web page redirects to our app to perform certain actions, and then returns the user back to the browser. However, on iOS, the only way to go back to the browser is by using the openURL method. The issue is that this method can only open the browser app itself—it can’t control which tab or page is shown, so the user doesn’t return to the original tab they came from. The same limitation also applies to Android. Furthermore, iOS doesn’t allow an app to programmatically return to the previous app (in this case, the browser). While Android doesn’t have an official way either, in some cases, the OS automatically returns to the previous app when ours is closed. I’d like to ask: Is there any known method or workaround that allows returning from my app back to Safari (or the default browser) and restoring the previously active web page or tab? Or, is there any way to programmatically return to the previous app from within my app? Thanks in advance for your support!
