ARPlaneGeometry Negative triangles indices ?
Hello When processing an ARPlaneAnchor geometry using its ARPlaneGeometry, the triangleIndices is an array of Int16. It's supposed to be an index buffer, which can only be uint16 or uint32 metal. What am I supposed to do with negative indices ? Negative indices are rare but do appear sometimes. Thank you

ARMeshAnchors are very unreliable on iPad Pro (4th gen)
Hello, We are developing an AR app that requires the lidar meshes. Unfortunately the ARMeshAnchors that allows us to retrieve the mesh data are very unreliable. It happens very often that the ARSession removes all ARMeshAnchors and takes anywhere from 5s to 30s to reappear. The planes detection (ARPlaneAnchors) are still working fine and the camera tracking is also working normally. I tried a basic ARKit sample app, and got the same behaviour as our own app. Is this a known issue ? Anything we can do to mitigate the issue ? Thank you

How to make .blur(radius:) visually affect RealityView content?
According to the official documentation, the .blur(radius:) modifier could apply gaussian blur to a realityview. However, when applied directly to a RealityView, nothing inside it (neither 2D attachments nor 3D entities) appears to be blurred. Occlusion issues in Immersive Space - Breaking User Input Interaction
I'm developing a custom gesture-based visionOS project that uses hand tracking with collision detection spheres on fingers to register user interactions through collision components. I'm experiencing a critical occlusion issue where collision detection spheres are intermittently occluded by the background/depth buffer, causing fingers to pass through the 3D model entities without registering interactions. Detailed Description: I have added 3D entities in an immersive scene with collision spheres attached to fingers for detecting user interactions. Each sphere has: CollisionComponent with sphere shape Proper collision masks and groups configured Real-time position updates from hand joint transforms Each entity has: InputTarget components to register collisions The Issue: When users move their fingers to the entity to interact, some collision spheres (particularly on the pinkie and ring fingers) become occluded and pass directly through the 3D model without triggering collision events. version update in Vision Pro

Pass Video/ Frames to a Shader Graph?
Wondering if this is even possible without using CVImageBuffer and passing each frame as an image which I imagine will be very expensive. Have a PoC of a shader graph that applies a radial zoom effect to an image. Depth matrix accuracy with the iPhone 14 Pro and Lidar
Hello Community, I’m currently working with the sample code “CapturingDepthUsingTheLiDARCamera” and using it to capture the depth map of an image taken with the iPhone 14 Pro. From this depth map, I generate a point cloud using the intrinsic camera parameters. I've noticed that objects not facing the camera directly appear distorted in the resulting point cloud. For example: An object with surfaces that are perpendicular to each other appears with a sharper angle in the point cloud — around 60° instead of 90°. My question is: Is this due to the general accuracy limitations of the LiDAR sensor? Or could it be related to the sample code? To obtain the depth map, I’m using: AVCapturePhoto.depthData.converting(toDepthDataType: kCVPixelFormatType_DepthFloat32) Thanks in advance for your help!

white gap between objects in RealityView
I want to display a huge image in RealityView in 3d space on Vision Pro. of course instead of one giant file I'm using a lot of big images. to achieve this, I'm generating multiple planes exactly beside each others and put each image on them. although the planes are exactly beside each others but there is still a white gap between them.(image below) **Does anybody know how to fix this issue? **

Can't establish spatial connection after visionOS update
After updating to visionOS 26.2 Beta 2 (and Beta 3), I'm unable to establish a spatial connection to Vision Pro. This was working fine before the update. To test, I've created a fresh spatialApp project from the Xcode template with zero modifications, but I'm hitting the same issue - the Vision Pro is discovered but won't connect. Am I forgetting to update the config somewhere? Any ideas what might be causing this and how to fix it? Thanks! [VisionPro] Placing virtual entities around my arm
Hi everyone, I'm developing a MR Vision Pro app where I’d like to anchor virtual objects (such as UI elements) around the user's arm. However, I’ve noticed that Vision Pro seems to mask out the area where the user’s real arm is, hiding virtual content in that region so that you see your real arm. Is there a way to render virtual elements on the user's arm—so that it looks like the object is placed directly on the arm despite the real-world passthrough? I was hoping there might be a way to adjust the depth or behavior of this masked-out region. Any insights or workarounds would be greatly appreciated! Thanks :)

MagnifyGesture in RealityView does not work on macOS
I have tested the MagnifyGesture code below on multiple devices: Vision Pro - working iPhone - working iPad - working macOS - not working In Reality Composer Pro, I have also added the below components to the test model entity: Input Target Collision For macOS, I tried the touchpad pinch gesture and mouse scroll wheel, but neither approach works. RoomPlan - The delegate of ARSession is retaining x ARFrames
Hi, I'm encountering an issue in our app that uses RoomPlan and ARsession for scanning. After prolonged use—especially under heavy load from both the scanning process and other unrelated app operations—the iPhone becomes very hot, and the following warning begins to appear more frequently: "ARSession <0x107559680>: The delegate of ARSession is retaining 11 ARFrames. The camera will stop delivering camera images if the delegate keeps holding on to too many ARFrames. This could be a threading or memory management issue in the delegate and should be fixed." Request: Option to Disable PSVR2 Sense Controller Low-Power Mode on visionOS (ARKit + Vision Pro Development)
Hi everyone, We’re developing a Unity project for Apple Vision Pro that connects PSVR2 Sense controllers for advanced interaction and input. We’ve encountered a major limitation: when the controller is not held close to the designated hand (e.g., resting on a table or held by the non designated hand), the Sense controller enters a low-power or reduced-update mode. This results in noticeably reduced tracking update frequency and responsiveness until the controller is held again. For certain use cases, this behavior is undesirable. In our case, it prevents continuous real-time tracking of the controller even when it’s stationary or being tracked externally. Request: Please consider exposing an API flag or developer option in ARKit to disable and optionally delay the low-power mode when the app requires full-rate updates regardless of proximity or hand pose detection.
